About

thecoconet.tv is a hub for Pacific moving image content online.

It was funded through NZ on Air’s Kickstart Digital Media funding programme and is aimed primarily at Aotearoa’s burgeoning Pacific communities.

We have created the bones of a universe for online Pacific storytelling and hope that you the viewer will help to fill this in with your own video uploads, stories, comments and shares.

We will be uploading new videos, MEMES and vlogs every week as well as a daily coco-blog.

thecoconet.tv is about prompting connectivity and conversations for Pacificans around the world, we hope you enjoy some of the stories we have gathered, and we hope to enjoy yours!

Tikilounge Productions is a collective of Pacific film and video makers from around the region – we are always keen to connect with other Islanders working in moving image so let us know if you are out there.
