Coco congrats to Samoan / Kiwi / Dutch Production Associate for PBS News Hour, Maea Lenei Buhre on her 'News & Documentary' Emmy Award win!

She is one of the Producers for PBS News Hours 3 part documentary series 'Stopping a Killer Pandemic' which was the recipient of the 'News & Documentary Emmy Award for Outstanding Science, Medical and Environmental Report.'  The award was presented by The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences during the virtual awards ceremony on Monday, September 21st.  

The series, which aired in June 2019, explored the potential threat of a likely flu pandemic and the advances in medical research leading to a solution. 

When Maea found out her and her team had won she tweeted she was proud and grateful to be part of the team and also gave props to fellow Producer & Editor Jason Kane who had the idea to cover an imminent pandemic BEFORE Covid-19 had hit worldwide.…more

Last week Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson posted a callout on his instagram to help him pick 3 tracks to fill up his Top 30 workout playlist for Spotify.

Pasifika Heavy Metal band 'Shepherds Reign' took to social media and asked their fans to help them get their song 'Le Manu' onto the Rocks playlist by commenting on his instagram post ...

And it worked!  The Rock shared in his IG story yesterday the last 3 tracks he'd chosen and Shepherds Reign's 'Le Manu' made it!

On August 18, 2019, Dwayne Johnson and Lauren Hashian exchanged vows on the picturesque cliffs of Hawaii in the early hours of the morning.

Later that night, she surprised him with the beautiful song in this video, “Step Into A Love Like This,” that she wrote and recorded as a celebration of their marriage.

On the one-year anniversary of their wedding, Dwayne and Lauren share the song to the world, along with treasured moments from their wedding day.

Dwayne also shared on his instagram that he chose Fiji's version of an oldie but goodie Samoan song 'Taualaga a Solomona'  to walk down the aisle to.

Jason Momoa had a special surprise for his wife Lisa Bonet.

The Aquaman star shares this video of a project 14 years in the making that centred on restoring Bonet's first car that she bought when she was 17.  

"I know we can’t relive a memory, but maybe we can rebuild one," Momoa says
