"This song and video takes a small look into my reality and life and shows the people in my life. I really wanted to highlight the lyrics through the visuals as best as i could and i was lucky enough to work with the talented Shae Sterling to put everything into play and bring the ideas to life." - Marley Sola
A Christchurch/Ōtautahi native, Marley Sola’s life has been filled with music.
Coming from a family of Samoan, Māori and European descent, his first memories of music were watching his uncle play saxophone in Salmonella Dub.
As a youngster he would go backstage and watch the band from the wings. It was from these early experiences that Marley would begin to chase his passion for music.
