This waiata draws on the essence of celestial knowledge and the teachings of our tīpuna. It encourages our people to strive for excellence in all that they do, and to hold fast to mātauranga for future generations. ‘Te Ata o Tūmāhina’ is track #2 on ‘Te Rōpū Māori 30th Anniversary’ EP celebrating three decades of Te Rōpū Māori.
