Fesui shows us how to make a yummy coconut porridge for breakfast.
Vaisalo (Coconut porridge)
2 cups coconut water
1 1/2 cup coconut flesh
Blend coconut flesh and coconut water together.
Pour the mixture in a pot and boil it on a medium heat for 10 mins and stir occasionally.
Add starch and stir and simmer or 5 minutes.
Your Vaisalo is ready to eat. Serve and enjoy!
