1 cup flour
1 can coconut milk
1 cup sugar
You can also make caramel and koko flavoured topai
Mix water and flour in a bowl to make a thick lump.
In a pot of boiling water, add small circles of your flour lumps puka)
Let the puka boil for 15-20 minutes.
In a seperate bowl, mix 1 cup flour and water.
Mix the syrup in the boiling puka pot.
Add coconut milk and sugar.
Simmer and serve Kopai.
